This website is operated under the trading name Brass Home Supply by BrightHub Innovations, MB, a company registered in Lithuania under company code 307089816, with its registered office at Vytenio g. 53-26, LT-03203 Vilnius, Lithuania. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to BrightHub Innovations, MB, trading as Brass Home Supply. By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), including any additional policies referenced herein. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access the website or use our services.

1. Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence, or that you have given consent for any minor dependents to use this site. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to electrical safety regulations and building codes.

2. Product Information & Availability

We make every effort to display product descriptions, specifications, finishes, certifications, and images as accurately as possible. Because the finishes on our solid brass products are applied by hand, natural variation in color, texture, brushing, and patina between individual pieces is normal and is not considered a defect.

Product availability, pricing, specifications, and configurations — including layouts built through our 3D product configurator — are subject to change without notice.

3. Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, configuration errors, or inventory limitations. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. Brass Home Supply does not store or have access to your full payment details.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times displayed on our website are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to production timelines, carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. Please review our Shipping Policy for full details regarding handling times, delivery estimates, made-to-order items, and rush production.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are subject to eligibility requirements and exclusions outlined in our Refund Policy. Certain items, including customized products, laser-engraved items, made-to-order items, unlacquered brass finishes, and hardware such as knobs, handles, and pulls, are non-returnable. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these conditions.

6. Installation & Electrical Safety Disclaimer

All electrical products sold by Brass Home Supply — including switches, dimmers, and outlets — must be installed in accordance with applicable local, state, and national electrical codes and regulations. Installation should be performed by a qualified and licensed electrician.

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that products are installed correctly, safely, and in compliance with all applicable laws and codes. Brass Home Supply is not responsible for improper installation, misuse, modification, or failure to follow installation instructions or electrical regulations.

Product certifications (including cULus or other listings) are clearly stated on individual product pages where applicable. It is the customer's responsibility to confirm product suitability, certification requirements, load ratings, wiring type, and compatibility before installation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brass Home Supply disclaims all liability for any damage, injury, loss, or expense arising from improper installation, unsafe electrical work, or use of products after delivery.

7. Warranty

Brass Home Supply provides a limited one (1) year warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship, unless otherwise stated on the product page. This warranty applies only to products that have been properly installed and used under normal conditions. Warranty coverage does not apply to:

• Normal wear and tear
• Natural patina development or finish changes over time
• Improper or non-compliant installation
• Misuse, abuse, or negligence
• Electrical incompatibility or incorrect wiring
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs

Warranty claims must be submitted within the warranty period and may require proof of purchase, photos, or other documentation. At our discretion, eligible claims may result in repair, replacement, or refund of the defective product.

8. Intellectual Property

The content published on this site — including our text, product descriptions, photography, graphics, logos, and documentation — is the property of Brass Home Supply or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

The interactive 3D product configurator available on this site is provided to us under licence. Its software, 3D models, texture assets, and underlying code remain the property of their respective owners, and no rights in them are granted to you. The product imagery and configurations generated through it for this store are covered by the paragraph above.

Customer review photographs and other user-submitted content published on this site remain the property of their respective authors. By submitting content to Brass Home Supply, users grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it. Reproduction or redistribution of user-submitted content by third parties is prohibited without express written consent.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, scrape, reverse engineer, or exploit any site content — including images, product descriptions, configurator assets, or customer review media — without prior written permission from Brass Home Supply or the relevant rights holder. Violations will be pursued under applicable intellectual property law, including but not limited to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brass Home Supply shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or products purchased from us. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product that is the subject of the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Brass Home Supply, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, improper installation, violation of any law, or misuse of our products.

11. Governing Law & Your Consumer Rights

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, where BrightHub Innovations, MB is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Nothing in these Terms removes or limits any right you have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your own country or state of residence. If you are a consumer in the United States or Canada, you keep the full benefit of those rights regardless of the governing law stated above, and you may bring a claim in the courts of your place of residence where the law allows it.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law. Where permitted, disputes shall be resolved on an individual basis and not as part of a class or representative action. We ask that you contact us first at support@brasshomesupply.com so that we can try to resolve the matter directly.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Obligations and liabilities incurred prior to termination shall survive.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of those changes.
